My vote goes to Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In. So many psychedelic 60s moments, and lots of really strong female comedians involved, too - Goldie Hawn, Lily Tomlin, Ruth Buzzi, Judy Carne... Did they inspire my love of comedy? You bet your sweet bippy!

I'll second that one, Lambchop! May I also include a few other American series of the era--"The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" and some of the 1967-69 episodes of "Bewitched" (especially ones with cousin Serena; she was a swinging chick)!
