Can anyone help me find some titles of early dramas from what I remember as early productions from Thames Television? I may be wrong about Thames but I am fairly sure we are looking at the late sixties, '67 '68ish. 1. A short lived drama about cycling. 2. A drama centred on a driving school which may have run to a second season. 3. A drama series starring Ian McShane. I really can't remember anything about it and in truth I am not even sure the star was McShane. All I do remember is that it's release coincided with the beginnings of News at Ten.
In fact I think that there was a slew of these dramas released at about this same period and achieving various degrees of success.

I think the lead character in ATV's Crime Buster (Ray Saxon, played by Mark Eden) was a sports writer who had previously been a racing cyclist. But I don't believe the series itself was about cycling, though the first episode did concern itself with drug-taking in the Tour du Midi.
